Commercial and Residential Plumbing
Our goal is to provide our customers with a personalized quality service and to inform them of the best possibilities when choosing the type of work.
Our Services
Commercial and residential plumbing refers to plumbing services offered for two different types of buildings: commercial (offices, shops, factories, etc.) and residential (houses, apartments, condos, etc.). While both share basic elements, they differ in terms of technical requirements, tools, and regulations.
Residential Plumbing
- System Size: Typically smaller, this includes potable water lines, drains, water heaters, irrigation systems, etc.
- Complexity: Relatively simple, homes typically have one or two connection points to the public water supply or septic system.
- Materials: Often copper, PEX, or PVC pipe.
- Common Services: Leak repairs, new fixtures (showers, sinks, toilets), drain cleaning, etc.
Commercial Plumbing
- System Size: Much larger and more complex. These systems must serve multiple floors and simultaneous users.
- Standards: Often subject to stricter regulations for safety and hygiene. For example, restaurant kitchens require grease traps.
- Materials: Use of more robust materials such as galvanized steel, high-pressure copper, or commercial-grade PVC pipe.
- Routine Services: Preventative maintenance, large-capacity system management, emergency repairs, water pump or cooling system maintenance.
